The purpose of the list is to give you some ideas of how, where and when hypnoterapy  can help, when you are keen to make a change for the better for yourself. 

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy are not magic, it does require your co-operation and desire to change, followed up with your active participation and commitment to do everything to help yourself. Although you might be surprised to discover you start doing these things without even making any effort.

N.B. If you have been diagnosed with epilepsy, mental illness or are taking psychoactive drugs then hypnosis and hypnotherapy may not be appropriate. Contact your doctor and clear it with them.
